COMPLAINTS

Service

We aim to offer all of our clients an efficient and effective service and we have excellent feedback from clients. We have currently had no complaints from clients, however, should there be any aspect of our service that you are not satisfied with, complaints may be made by telephone, email or in writing.

If at any time you are unhappy about any aspect of the service we provide or about our fees, please raise your concerns in the first instance with the solicitor handling your matter who will investigate your complaint. We have a procedure in place which details how we handle complaints which is available via this link.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you may thereafter contact the Legal Ombudsman. The contact details are as follows:

Normally you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within 6 months
of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint. They will look at your
complaint independently and it will not affect how we handle your case.
Before accepting a complaint for investigation, the Legal Ombudsman will check that
you have tried to resolve your complaint with us first. If you have, then you must make
your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman:

▪ Within six months of receiving a final response to your complaint to us and
▪ No more than six years from the data of act/omission; or
▪ No more than three years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint.
